4. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can manage your preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner on our Site, or through your browser settings.

We use the following categories:

  • Essential — required for the Site to function (e.g. login, checkout, security).

  • Professional advisers (e.g. accountants, lawyers) where necessary;
  • Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or others; and
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its function and is required to protect it.

6. International data transfers

We are based in Australia and serve customers worldwide, including in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and New Zealand. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the service providers listed above. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

7. How long we keep your information

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the programs (which include lifetime access), to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

United States (e.g. California / CCPA): You may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children's privacy

Our programs are often used by young athletes, but purchases and accounts must be made and managed by an adult (a parent or guardian). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and the Site is not directed to children to create their own accounts.

Where a parent or guardian provides information about a child in the course of using a program (for example, a child's first name, age, or symptom/progress notes), they do so on the child's behalf and are responsible for that information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us at osgood@coreadvantage.com.au and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted payment processing and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded content (such as videos). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their privacy policies.
