My 14 year old son had dealt with Osgood for about 18 months before we found this program. I am so thankful that I found this program for my 13 year old son. As a massage therapist myself I was totally on board with all the rolling strengthening and retraining rather than just stretching which can really put more strain on the damaged muscle attachments. This program was life changing. My son was playing with severe pain due to Osgood Schlatters. We followed the program religiously and little by little he improved and healed.
