This program has been a blessing for my daughter who struggled so much with Osgood in both knees that her track season didn’t really happen. Afterwards we started this program she was able to start running again within a few weeks and progress to 25 miles a week all pain free!! We can’t be more thankful for this and the outcome! She will continue with it always and maybe do the next program too!

Initially I was skeptical of paying the money for the program. Even during the first couple of days of pushing through the foam rolling it was hard but boy was it worth it. After only about 3 weeks all my pain was gone like no joke. I had this knee pain since for a whole year. I used to train legs consistently until I got tendinitis which turned into osgood then I stopped training legs for a year. The tendonitis went away but I was left with osgood. My son has had OGS for more than 12 month and was not able to play badminton tournements. After 9 month he starting practising with foam roller and a month later started this program.
