It changed my boys life. After 2 years of struggle and pain this was showed him the light at the end of the tunnel and delivered. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent results My son used this program as a 12 and 13-year old with bad O-S. When he was disciplined with the exercises things improved. When he got lazy he went backwards a bit. Once he realized that he used the program conscientiously and recovered fully in about 6 months to play competitive basketball and soccer.

I watched my son struggle for years… I watched my son struggle for years with pain in sports. Stick with it…it’s only 2 months The program was very easy to follow. My son did not in buy at first. I had to stay on him to put in the time each day. He is grateful now. After suffering for 2.5 years my son is finally pain free thanks to the program! Thank you!

This program didnt help me I'm sorry but this program didn't help a thing I finished the program it wasn't gone so I kept going with the program for a few weeks later and I just didn't see any progress so then I stopped doing it.'

Worked….12 year old hockey player This program worked for our 12 year old hockey player. All pain was gone within 2-4 weeks. He resumed all on-ice and off ice activities with no set backs for a 60 plus game season. Foam rolling and quad/hamstring stretches have now become a 2x/day normal part of his training routine. His flexibility has greatly improved and a healthy daily routine has been established. The Orthopedic specialist we went to said all we could do is rest and if pain came back to stop playing.
