Amazing for my 13 year old son

The program helped his Osgood Schlatters a little. We seeked a top running physio as there were other factors at work too. With the combination of both the program and Physio after about two and a half months he was back running and pain free.

It seems to have worked for me I recommend this program in fact I have already recommended to friends of mine. I now try to follow this program in various degrees every summer before the hiking season. With the knee the main problem is hiking down rather than up. Last summer after hiking to a glacier the way down was roughly 2000 meters down and I was really afraid the knee would hurt. In fact it didnt and this was just one of the many hikes that I had last summer with 1500 meters of elevation gain. So yes I do recommend this program.'

I cannot thank this program enough for… I cannot thank this program enough for my 15 year old son that has been battling with this disease for the last 18 plus months. Prior to the program he had brief moments where he would feel some relief from various exercises that he would do daily but often not enough relief to truly assist him with continuing his involvment in his activities. Once he began the program and especially after the first two weeks of the program he immeidately began having more sustainable relief that allowed him to participate more fully in his competitive athletic activities. He not only had pain relief but no pain to very little pain at all when workloads were within reason. He also regained his happiness and belief that this too would get better with the help of this program. As he stated yesterday I am so thankful for the program and will continue to maximize their exercises.

My 11 year old son thanked me this morning for finding this program for him! He is a catcher and had arm issues last Spring. He was out the whole season so imagine his frustration when his knees were bothering him at the start of Spring season this year. Honestly we found your program late meaning I paid for it and like 3 days later our 10 year old had zero pain. Nonetheless we made her go through the program because she’s still growing and the problem could return. It’s hard to get buy in with a 10 year old but she was determined to play and be back to 100%. She plays volleyball and tennis and it was during volleyball that her Osgood started. She’s 10 and measures 5 feet tall. Her dad’s pretty tall and there are some tall genes on my mom’s side of the family so maybe she’ll be lucky. Going through your program we liked the isometric exercises the most. She still hates the foam rolling. We also liked the fact that we could record her pain. She continues to be pain free so she’s kept up with the exercises. Thanks so much for making the program available. Our PT doc was a joke. He wasn’t interested in helping us just in charging us the full amount of sessions and acupuncture (not covered) from our insurance. We chose your program over him. Thanks again so much.

Amazing program who helped my son be pain free within a couple of weeks. Before that he was having trouble even walking.

Excellent program! The rolling and exercises provided my nine old soccer player immediate relief. Although she’s still working through the program and her growing spurt continues she’s functional and much more comfortable. Most importantly she’s learned about body mechanics and that to be a strong athlete it takes more than what you do on the field. We’ve incorporated the program into our lives. Much appreciate the step-by-step instruction and videos that all can follow. Highly recommend the program!

We have been working over the past six weeks on our OS program…. It has been super helpful to understand what is involved and why the rolling and strengthening is so important. Thank you.

We haven’t finished the programme yet but so far we are very impressed. My 13yr old son was missing almost an entire football season due to Osgood Slatter. The pain started after 3 intense training sessions at the start of the season (following 4-5wks rest and a summer growth spurt). We went to physios and doctors but no one knew exactly what to do. We bought a roller but didn’t know how to use it and didn’t realise the importance of a daily routine. We spoke to the father of another boy in the team who had suffered exactly the same and who quickly got back to playing by following the programme. My son is now at week 6 and about to be selected by the trainer to play again. We are very grateful for the excellent advice we have received from the Core Advantage team!
