Best thing I could’ve done for my daughter to heal quickly. I was concerned about how long Osgood-Schlatter would keep her from playing soccer. With this program she was able to continue practicing and gradually increased back to her normal schedule.

Weve been moving more slowly through the program but it has been very effective for my boys one with OSD the other with FPPS. Both are able to play soccer much more comfortably now while regaining their dynamic qualities.'
