Figure skater with Osgood This program is amazing. My daughter is a figure skater. She developed Osgood-Schlatters and was in so much pain while she was training. Another parent from the ice rink used this program for her youngest child (a gymnast) and had great results. My daughter was diligent about doing her exercises and stretches every day and it really worked. It has almost completely eliminated all of her pain. She went back to her normal on ice training while working through week 3 of the program. She was a little sore a few days where her training was more intense. She is completely back to her regular routine without pain now.'

Great Results My daughter is a figure skater and began experiencing Osgood pain. Another skate parent recommended this program and it has been great. Doing the program faithfully every day has successfully decreased her pain level to the point where she is not only able to train again but most days she is totally pain free.

My son was having intense pain in his… My son was having intense pain in his knees and shins. We had tried everything. We saw a PT and had steroid injections stretches over the counter pain meds bands around knee etc. I happened randomly upon your website and what a miracle! This program has helped tremendously with the pain. My son went from a 10 pain to a 2 within the first few weeks of starting this program. Thank you SO much!!! I honestly cannot believe there are so many people suffering from Osgood Schlatters that have no idea about this program. I am telling everyone! My 11 year old daughter was diagnosed a few months ago and we were told as long as she could “deal with the pain” she could continue with her sport (competitive cheer) Her knee was so painful/swollen she couldn’t tumble without crying and limping for days after. Our orthopedic even put her on crutches for 2 weeks! I just couldn’t accept that this was something she would have to deal with or quit the sport she loves. I am so glad I continued to research any and everything possible and find this program!! My daughter just started her final week today and has been back to tumbling since her 2nd week into the program. I honestly cannot be more grateful for the guys that published this program! Thank you!! To know that there IS something out there that works and lets those diagnosed continue doing the things they love. I will continue to recommend this program to anyone suffering from Osgood Schlatters. It 100% works!!

Would give unlimited stars if I could! Faithfully following this program was the only thing that kept my daughter dancing. She was walking with a limp before we figured we had nothing to lose and gave this program a shot. Every doctor we saw said there was nothing we could do and she would just have to grow out of it. Beyond thankful for Durham and his Osgood Schlatters Pain Elimination Program.

Osgood Schlatters Best Program My son 12 year old had horrible pain (rated 10) couldnt walk July of 2020. US doctors recommend rest & Advil with minor physical therapy (once every 10 days). I couldn't accept that found Core Advantage he tried it as we had nothing to lose. By week 3 he was at pain level of 3. By the end of the program he had no pain and now coming up on two years - pain free. Playing multiple sports (soccer track lacrosse). He made regionals in soccer and an elite team traveling to England this summer. This program is worth every penny and more!!!'
