This program didnt help me I'm sorry but this program didn't help a thing I finished the program it wasn't gone so I kept going with the program for a few weeks later and I just didn't see any progress so then I stopped doing it.'

Worked….12 year old hockey player This program worked for our 12 year old hockey player. All pain was gone within 2-4 weeks. He resumed all on-ice and off ice activities with no set backs for a 60 plus game season. Foam rolling and quad/hamstring stretches have now become a 2x/day normal part of his training routine. His flexibility has greatly improved and a healthy daily routine has been established. The Orthopedic specialist we went to said all we could do is rest and if pain came back to stop playing. Simply put we are glad we ignored his advise did our own research and gave this program a try.
