We are very pleased with how well the program is working for my 13yr old son. As many others say the foam rolling in the beginning was really tough to get through but knee pain decreased significantly almost right away. He was in PT but they werent doing anything that would help lengthen his quads which was the missing piece for him. We are working our way through the program and are optimistic that he will be able to play lacrosse this spring. Thank you so much!!!'

Finally a program that focuses on the issue that focuses on treating this pain. I’m so glad I found it. I only wish I for us it earlier rather than going to PT. I’m an adult and the bump is slowly going down.

Simply Amazing results!! Nothing else worked.

I purchased this program to help my 15 year old son overcome the pain he has been having in both knees while playing lacrosse. At one point he could barely jog off the field.
